PAY RATES
The Rate of Pay for each NEW CENTURY Driver is based upon the years of professional tractor-trailer driving experience he or she has on the date of hire with the Company. A minimum of two years of experience is required.
ROAD DRIVER RATE:
2 - 10 Years Experience (at time of hire)- $19.28 hourly rate | $0.437 rate per mile
11 Years Experience (at time of hire)- $19.86 hourly rate | $0.446 rate per mile
12 Years Experience and Over (at time of hire)- $20.71 hourly rate | $0.456 rate per mile
NEW ENGLAND REGIONAL PAY RATE:(New England includes the states of Maine, Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire, Connecticut, and Rhode Island.)
2 - 10 Years Experience (at time of hire)- $19.28 hourly rate | $0.456 rate per mile
11 Years Experience (at time of hire)- $19.86 hourly rate | $0.475 rate per mile
12 Years Experience and Over (at time of hire)- $20.71 hourly rate | $0.485 rate per mile
